Our Return Policy
At Nayikaa, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every saree we offer. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
- Items purchased during sale or on discount are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged.
How to Initiate a Return?
- Email us at support@nayikaa.co.in with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
- Once approved, we will share the return shipping instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only. If you received a damaged saree, please contact us immediately with videos of the item.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customised or made-to-order sarees
- Items marked as final sale
- Items without original tags or packaging
